Thirdly, we fulfil our promises. 

What promises?
Who Do You Want Your Customers To Become?

I would like them to feel confident. I would like them to smile before they answer questions during a business presentation.
I would like them to know how to describe in detail what they are (really) good at. 
I would like them to be able to relate to people from other cultural environments.
