💥Starting January 2026, Utah offers a groundbreaking alternate licensing pathway for aspiring attorneys. Skip the costly, time-consuming bar exam and qualify through supervised legal practice, targeted skills courses, and a practical performance exam. This skills-based approach makes legal licensure more accessible, reduces financial barriers, and ensures competency in real-world lawyering. Plus, pro bono work strengthens community access to justice. The bar exam option remains, but innovation in legal licensing is here to stay.

💥The article discusses Utah’s new alternate pathway to attorney licensure, starting January 2026. This pathway allows prospective lawyers to become licensed without taking the traditional bar exam by completing supervised legal practice, specific law school skills courses, and passing a practical skills-based written exam. One of my latest articles on Fragrantica is the review of Vulcan Baie by French Avenue.

“Before this first encounter, I never tested any French Avenue fragrances. I had no expectations, either positive or negative. I chose Vulcan Baie first of all because of the serpent on the fragrance box. I have a fondness for snakes.

I am not keen on overly decorated perfume bottles in general; I am more on the simple side of things. I am primarily interested in the liquid, although I do find the box featuring the serpent quite appealing. Indeed, we see what we’d like to see. I thought initially that the box was like putting on a show. I was wrong; the fragrance is a show in itself, both calming and joyful. I should mention that the photos of the fragrance bottle were taken by me and have not been altered with filters or other enhancements..”

Iulia: “I do not like Autumn. It is a permanent reminder that the shimmering, sun-filled days are over, and I have to embrace the gloomy and darker season, when grim twilights start at 5 PM. I feel like I should find shelter, like mushrooms, in the shade and darkness of wet soil. The most beautiful day of the year for me is the last Sunday in March when we adjust our clocks to the daylight saving time of the summer season, the first long day of the year. I usually bask in the timid light of that magnificent day, which symbolizes for me the beginning of summer. I associate the longer days of spring and summer with freedom. Freedom to enjoy the outdoors, the parks, forests, and every trip is a magical adventure full of possibilities. This encapsulates my love for the warm season.

Autumn is a different way of looking at things, a much simpler way. But I do enjoy the pleasurable mellow light ignited by colder nights and eerie mists that carry the whispers of the earth. When the sky looks like this, I know that autumn is upon us.”
