⚡️The cornerstone of our courses remains the Insolvency Act 1986 in the UK, along with its subsequent provisions.

⚡️We also use a dedicated textbook: Insolvency Practitioners’ Handbook, Edition 7, England, Wales & Scotland, 2019.

⚡️I/We incorporate all the activities and topics suggested by our students into the innovative sessions of our bespoke legal English training.
