Curs de pregătire pentru examenul de traducător autorizat de Ministerul Justiției

💥Vrei să devii traducător autorizat?

Potrivit legii 76/2016 privind modificarea legii 178/1997 pentru autorizarea interpreților și traducătorilor, pot fi traducători autorizaţi de Ministerul Justiţiei doar persoanele care au certificat de traducător eliberat de Ministerul Culturii pentru specialitatea ştiinţe juridice, din limba străină în limba română şi din limba română în limba străină pentru care solicită autorizarea.

🔔Autorizația de traducător se primește doar prin examen!

Noul modul de cursuri de pregătire pentru atestatul de traducător autorizat de Ministerul Justiției începe pe 2 iulie și va avea o durată de opt săptămâni.

🔔Înscrieri între 23 iunie și 30 iunie.

⚡️Debtor-in-possession (DIP) financing allows companies that have filed for bankruptcy protection under Chapter 11 to borrow capital to restructure and continue trading. DIP loans usually have priority over existing debt, equity, and other claims and are facilitated in the hope that the distressed company, with a new cash injection, can save itself, begin making money again, and pay off all its debts.

⚡️Debtor-in-possession (DIP) financing is financing for firms in Chapter 11 bankruptcy that allows them to continue operating.
Lenders of DIP financing take a senior position on liens of the firm’s assets, ahead of previous lenders.
Lenders permit DIP financing, as it allows a firm to continue operations, reorganize, and eventually pay off debts.
Term loans are the most common type of financing provided, whereas historically it used to be revolving loans.
Interest costs on this type of financing tend to be high.

People are savvy and take the time to learn about and weigh their choices before making a purchase. If you want to get their business, your brand needs to stand out. Unique selling proposition, or USP, is what a brand says about their product or service that makes it better or different from others on the market. To focus your sales efforts, you need to know what makes your brand different in a market full of brands that are all the same.

It takes work and imagination to figure out what your USP is. Not many brands are truly one-of-a-kind, but the ones that are find a way to show what makes them special and set themselves apart from others. For instance, Apple doesn’t sell tech tools; it sells new ideas. Robinhood is not selling a product for the very rich; it is selling a way for everyone to get rich. Patagonia is selling more than just clothes. They are selling a cause, a way of life, and an effect.
