Earth Day 2025: “OUR POWER, OUR PLANET”

Earth Day’s 2025 theme is OUR POWER, OUR PLANET, calling for everyone to unite around renewable energy so we can triple clean electricity by 2030.

April 22 is Earth Day.
This day, more than any other, gives us an opportunity to stop for a moment, reflect on the planet we call home, and consider its future in our hands.

Earth Day is an annual event on April 22 to demonstrate support for environmental protection. First held on April 22, 1970, it now includes a wide range of events coordinated globally by EARTHDAY.ORG (formerly Earth Day Network), including 1 billion people in more than 193 countries.

2025 marks the 55th anniversary of Earth Day.
